Pastor Geoff was born and raised in Miramichi.  During his high school years, God grew in him gifts and a passion for working with families.  He studied at New Brunswick Bible Institute and joined our team in 2014.

He is married to Lynsay, and they have two awesome kids - Madelyn and Ty. Their whole family is so excited to have the opportunity to work with families here at The Point Church.

Pastor Brent has a passion for making God’s word come alive in people’s lives. Once you meet him, you won’t have to wait very long before his contagious sense of humor has you laughing along like you’ve known him all your life! Brent, and his wife, Tara, have served in ministry in Canada, USA, and most recently, Northern Ireland. As native Monctonians, they are thrilled to be back home in the Maritimes.

YOUTH & YOUNG ADULTS PASTOR

Pastor Nate was born and raised in Saint John, NB. He’s been working in Kids and Youth ministry at church and camp since he was 12 years old. He spent 7 years serving as Children’s Pastor at True Life Church in Quispamsis, NB, before moving to Miramichi and working at The Point.

He is married to Kerri, and they have two kids, Wren & Finnegan. Living in Miramichi seems like a home away from home!

Janice was born on the Miramichi and has only left this area for three years to study at New Brunswick Bible Institute. This is definitely home for her. She has volunteered in many areas of the church over the years but her passion has always been with Ladies ministries and functions that draw people closer to God. She joined our Ministry team in 2022 as our Next Steps Director.

Janice is married to Jim, has three children, and is a proud Nana to ten grandchildren. 

Cathy has been serving in our church since she was a child. She is involved in the music ministry of the church and plays a part in many of our productions each year.  She joined our staff team in June 2014 and moved into her current role in 2017.

Cathy lives in Nelson and loves spending time with her family and friends - especially her nieces and nephews.

Mandisa has called The Point Church home since 2018. She moved to the Miramichi area after studying and working in the hospitality industry for several years and now brings those skills to her position at the church. Mandisa is passionate about contributing to this community by making everyone feel welcome and seen. She grew up in a family that was always there for her and wants to bring that atmosphere wherever she goes.

Mandisa and her husband, Jordan, love to host and can’t wait to have you around their table sometime!
